Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Manager to act as the single point of contact for facilities management, assisting regional and corporate teams with delivering high-quality services. You will coordinate tenant requirements and ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

The role requires supervising staff, managing budgets, and developing cost-saving programs while delivering robust reporting and performance metrics. On-site availability in Richmond, VA is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years industry experience in facilities management or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Area Manager with short and long-term facility projects.
• Develop programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual client reporting.
• Manage capital and operating budgets with client representatives.
• Produce monthly/quarterly budget variance reports.
