Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• 4+ years in facilities management or related field.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of building systems HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
• Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Strong vendor and contract management.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and EHS requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Facilities Manager in daily operations across assigned floors and departments.
• Manage work orders and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Oversee building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and life safety.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and financial reporting; assist with variance analysis.
• Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders and vendors.
• Lead and mentor Facilities Coordinators and junior team members.
• Ensure hospitality-driven workplace experience and standards.
