Job summary

You will lead a team, manage budgets, and coordinate multiple vendors in a fast-paced, high‑end environment. NYC experience and IFMA/BOMI designations are preferred. This position is on-site in NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing Class A offices and financial institution environments.
• Strong understanding of building operations, systems, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience managing operating budgets and capital projects.
• Proven vendor management and contract oversight skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a Class A office building to meet client expectations.
• Manage operating budgets, forecasts, invoices, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across OSHA, DOB, EPA and local laws.
• Lead multiple vendors and cross-functional teams with a focus on hospitality and service quality.
• Provide executive-level reporting on KPIs, risks, and performance.
