Nordstrom, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Facilities Manager who will lead a team of technicians and vendors, driving safety, reliability, and service excellence across HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.

You will implement preventive maintenance programs, develop SOPs, and coordinate with site leadership to meet company and customer needs while ensuring contract compliance and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Facilities Manager or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Experience with building/mechanical, electrical systems (MEP).
• Experience using CMMS systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish safety-first culture and oversee maintenance and training.
• Lead maintenance on HVAC, Vertical Transportation, and building systems.
• Coordinate FM activities with site leads and landlords.
• Respond to emergency calls and implement SOPs for PM schedules.
• Drive contract compliance with subcontractors and vendors.
