Job summary

KW Property Management seeks a maintenance specialist to perform routine and preventive maintenance on a resident property, indoors and outdoors. You will coordinate vendors, log service records, and ensure a safe, clean environment while adhering to safety standards.

Applicants should have at least two years in building trades, be able to handle emergencies within 30 minutes, and communicate clearly. After-hours calls may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of general experience in building trades or maintenance.
• Ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes; after-hours calls may be required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional trade experience and certifications may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors for non-routine repairs.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program and service logs.
• Inspect building systems and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Complete work orders using the KWPMC system and record maintenance activities.
