Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across indoor and outdoor building systems at a resident property. The role involves coordinating with vendors, documenting work orders, and ensuring reliable operation of mechanical systems under supervision.

The position requires the ability to respond quickly to emergencies, follow safety procedures, and communicate effectively with property staff and residents.

Qualifications

• HVAC certifications preferred but not required.
• Minimum two years of general maintenance or building trades experience.
• Ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes and work after hours if needed.
• Excellent communication skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for non-routine repairs.
• Maintain service schedules and track next service due dates.
• Inspect mechanical systems and adjust controls for efficiency.
• Complete work orders and document activities.
• Ensure a safe work environment and follow safety standards.
