Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on a residential community’s interior and exterior. The role requires stepping in for emergencies, coordinating with management, and maintaining records of service orders and inventories.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in building trades, basic electrical knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years general experience in building trades, repair and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge handling minor electrical repairs.
• Ability to react to emergencies within 30 minutes and respond after hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interiors and exteriors.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain logs of maintenance and work orders.
• Inspect mechanical systems and adjust controls for HVAC, boilers, and related equipment.
• Assist with minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and flooring tasks as needed.
