KW Property Management LLC in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on building interiors and exteriors. You will coordinate vendors and contractors for non-routine repairs and maintain a maintenance schedule to ensure timely service.

The role requires the ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes, follow safety procedures, and complete work orders in the KWPMC system.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years general experience in building trades or maintenance.
• Ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Contacts and schedules vendors/contractors for repairs outside routine maintenance.
• Maintain a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due.
• Work in a safe manner; ensure safety of self and others.
• Maintain an environment for resident services.
• Adhere to the preventative maintenance program.
• Complete work orders using KWPMC system.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Routinely inspect building mechanical systems/equipment for proper performance.
