Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years general experience in building trades, repair and replacement maintenance or handy-work.
• Ability to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner (within 30 minutes).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building interiors and exteriors.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for non-routine repairs.
• Maintain maintenance schedules and service logs.
• Inspect mechanical systems and building equipment for proper operation.
• Follow safety procedures and complete work orders in the system.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
