Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems under supervision. The role involves indoor/outdoor work at a resident property, handling minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC tasks.

You will coordinate with vendors, document work orders, respond to emergencies within 30 minutes, and ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum two years general experience in building trades, repair and maintenance.
• Ability to react and address emergencies in a timely manner (within 30 minutes).
• Additional trade experience or certifications may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Contacts and schedules vendors and contractors for repairs outside routine maintenance.
• Maintains maintenance schedules and service due dates.
• Inspects mechanical systems/equipment and monitors building controls.
• Completes forms and work orders using the KWPMC system and responds to emergencies.
