Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help operate, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial buildings and related systems in the Menomonee Falls area. You will support routine maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment, and assist with installing and servicing building components.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a commercial property setting, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting or carpentry.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair buildings and installed systems.
• Perform cleaning, lubrication and servicing of pumps, valves, controls, and electrical/mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and prioritize customer requests.
• Comply with safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
