Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support the operation, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs across our commercial properties in Atlanta. You will help troubleshoot and service HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems, perform routine maintenance, and respond to emergencies while upholding safety practices.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of commercial property experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and servicing of pumps, valves, and controls.
• Respond to emergencies and service requests; maintain safety and cleanliness of facilities.
