Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to support operations across commercial properties. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components, while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a proactive attitude, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and strong customer service during emergency situations and routine maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, or related trades.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; commercial license may be required

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, controls, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic devices.
• Install and modify building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes and paint where needed.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
• Maintain fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety practices.
• Operate building automation systems and related technology.
