Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair training.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, controls, and other equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and perform preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency service requests and maintain building safety systems.
