Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial properties. You will assist with HVAC, plumbing, roofs, grounds, and equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies to maintain safe, functional facilities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and basic computing skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on‑the‑job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, carpentry or engine repair.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; may require commercial license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems across multiple areas.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, controls, and related equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair finishes such as ceiling tiles, doors, and surfaces.
• Respond to emergencies and service requests; perform preventive maintenance.
