Cushman & Wakefield in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations of commercial properties. You will assist with diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. You will work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks, and must be comfortable on-call and overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, carpentry, or engine repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical components.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, and mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as needed.
