Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support operations at commercial properties. You will assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, and help with equipment installation and upgrades.

The role requires basic computing skills (Outlook, Excel, Word), a valid driver's license, and the ability to respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• The role requires basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Clean, lubricate, inspect, and service pumps, valves, and related devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Perform carpentry and basic finishes as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and service requests promptly.
• Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Follow safety rules and wear prescribed PPE; comply with codes and company directives.
