The role requires a proactive, safety‑minded approach and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies. 2+ years of related experience and a High School Diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; commercial license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including packaging and handling machinery, plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop and grounds equipment, and HVAC.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes and paint walls, ceilings, and hardware as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and service requests; perform preventative maintenance inspections.
