Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician in Fort Collins to perform hands-on maintenance, repair, and make-ready work for residential properties. The role involves diagnosing issues, completing work orders, and maintaining grounds and common areas.

You will follow safety policies, maintain accurate documentation, and support cost-control practices while ensuring high-quality service for residents. This is an on-site, full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1, II, or Universal refrigerant certifications are required.
• A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on-site.
• Any state/local certifications as required for Service Technicians must be current.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects on assigned work orders and perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and return unused items to the proper location.
