Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in the Denver area to perform maintenance across properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and support vendor coordination as needed.

Responsibilities include do-not-replace repairs where possible, document tasks, and assist with regular safety trainings. This onsite role offers a comprehensive benefits package and potential bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid state/local licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and fix defects in buildings per policies and code requirements.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments, schedule vendors, obtain supplies, and inspect work.
• Document service requests accurately and track them in the system.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed.
