Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Greeley, CO, is seeking a Service Technician to keep building systems, grounds, and common areas clean, safe, and functional. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

The role handles make-ready work, safety inspections, and accurate documentation of work orders while supporting cost control and operations. Travel to other properties may be required.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing them per policies and safety standards.
• Completes make-ready process to prepare vacant homes, schedules vendors, and inspects work.
• Manages materials by tracking inventory, returning unused items, and notifying supervision when re-ordering is needed.
• Documents service requests accurately to enable tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, cleans and paints as required.
• Supports cost-control by fixing parts rather than replacing them when feasible.
