Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC in Westwood, MA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property maintenance team and ensure all buildings, grounds, and common areas meet safety and quality standards.

You’ll manage work orders, supervise staff, coordinate preventative maintenance, and work with vendors while keeping within budget. Strong communication, OSHA knowledge, and hands-on mechanical skills are essential. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Working knowledge of OSHA standards and MSDS regulations. Technical degree is preferred.
• Supervisor Experience: 1 - 3 Years Proven skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members.
• Management: 1 - 3 Years Experience Preferred: 2-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Advanced Skills: Communication and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance team and assists in employee evaluations.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Manages the Make Ready process from start to end per policies.
• Diagnoses defects and performs repairs in compliance with safety standards.
• Inspects work to ensure quality and coordinates with vendors.
