Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team across property grounds, buildings, and amenities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and reliability.

You will diagnose issues, plan preventative maintenance, schedule work orders, manage inventory, and uphold company standards. A valid driver's license, EPA certifications, and prior supervisory maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA MSDS knowledge.
• Technical degree preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I/II or Universal required for refrigerants.
• Certified Pool Operator or Certified Spa Operator would be a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and perform evaluations.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Oversee Make Ready process per company policies.
• Diagnose resident service requests and perform repairs.
• Inspect work for quality and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory and assist budgeting with Community Manager.
