Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, ensuring building exteriors, interiors, and common areas meet safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards. You will manage work orders, supervise staff, and coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets and preventative maintenance.

The role requires supervision experience in property maintenance, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience in maintenance.
• 2–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal) required.
• Certified Pool/Spa Operator credentials preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and perform inspections.
• Oversee Make Ready process from start to finish.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and systems per safety standards.
• Review work orders and ensure timely, quality completion.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with policies.
