Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee in-house and contractor maintenance across property grounds, facilities, and amenities. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and optimal functionality of systems while managing a maintenance team and coordinating with residents and vendors.

The role requires supervising the Make Ready process, evaluating staff performance, and maintaining budgetary control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA/MSDS knowledge preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisor experience in maintenance or similar role.
• 2-3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team and conduct evaluations.
• Hire, train, and orient new maintenance staff.
• Oversee Make Ready process per policies and budgets.
• Diagnose defects and perform repairs per safety standards.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budget with Community Manager.
