Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to ensure buildings, grounds and common areas meet Greystar standards for safety and appearance. You will diagnose and repair issues, complete make-ready tasks, and oversee quality control on contractor work.

The role requires EPA HVAC certification if applicable, tool proficiency, and strong customer service skills to interact with residents and team members. Heavy lifting and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience.
• Experience in property management maintenance or building maintenance.
• Own hand tools and safe use of tools.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle work orders from residents and perform routine maintenance.
• Manage the make-ready process for vacant units, inspections and punch lists.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, and common areas.
• Supervise contractors and ensure quality of work.
• Assist with budgeting for repairs and maintenance.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA requirements.
