Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform technical work across community buildings, grounds, and common areas. You will diagnose issues, complete repairs, and drive the make-ready process for leasing vacant units.

Role requires hands-on maintenance skills (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), strong safety awareness, and the ability to manage resident requests with urgency and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining residential properties and completing repairs per safety codes.
• Ability to diagnose issues from resident requests and prioritize work orders.
• Capable of multi-trade maintenance and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manages work orders from residents and performs routine maintenance and repairs.
• Owns the make-ready process for vacant units and complete pre-move inspections.
• Inspects completed work for quality and compliance with standards.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates with Community Manager on supplies.
• Supports cost control by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
