Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a maintenance technician to keep the community’s buildings, grounds, and amenities clean, safe, and fully functional. You will respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and oversee the make-ready process for new move-ins.

The role requires a high school diploma, property maintenance experience, and tools. EPA certifications for HVAC and a valid driver’s license to operate on-site carts are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must be knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of hand tools and power tools.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating to represent company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders and routine upkeep by diagnosing defects and performing repairs.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant apartments and prepares units for leasing.
• Maintains standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Inspects work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and stays within budgetary guidelines.
