Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to support internal and external buildings, grounds, and common areas to meet Greystar quality standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing defects, completing repairs, and ensuring safe, efficient operations across the community.

You will participate in make-ready tasks for vacant units, coordinate with vendors, and uphold cleanliness and safety across facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools and ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to think logically to diagnose problems.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair building components per policies and codes.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, schedule vendors, and manage punch lists.
• Set standards for grounds, exteriors, and interiors to reflect Greystar quality.
• Supervise others' work for compliance and quality.
• Inspect contractors and vendors to ensure quality and scope.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with the Community Manager on supplies.
