Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle in New York.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience in maintenance or labor-intensive work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and facilities maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Assist with carpentry, mechanical, electrical, motor equipment or painting tasks as assigned.
• Operate basic tools and equipment with guidance.
• Maintain grounds, buildings and adjacent areas, meeting health and safety standards.
• Overtime and travel may be required to other facilities.
