Qualifications

• Preferred: valid New York State motor vehicle operator's license appropriate for vehicle operated.

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings, facilities, restrooms and restock supplies.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and grounds.
• Collect and dispose of trash, mow lawns, and snow removal by shovel or power equipment.
• Move furniture and equipment as part of custodial duties.
• Replace light bulbs and clean fixtures, floors, stairs, and partitions.
