Job summary

You will troubleshoot, maintain facilities, and coordinate with contractors while ensuring safety and quality. The role requires reliability, ability to work at heights, and occasional overtime or travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time maintenance or mechanical work under supervision.
• Or completion of an appropriate two-year technical school.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read and write in English.
• Able to work at heights and lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to operate tools, machinery and equipment safely.
• Must have or obtain a valid driver's license; background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine semi-skilled maintenance and repair across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, etc.).
• Maintain grounds and general facilities, including snow/ice removal and cleaning.
• Troubleshoot equipment and address issues; supervise subordinates when directed.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors on-site and ensure safety compliance.
• Complete required training and be ready for periodic overtime or travel.
