Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old; read/write English.
• Able to work at heights (ladders/scaffolds) and lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to work outside in varying temperatures and weather.
• Must pass background checks (NACI; SECRET clearance may be required).

Aufgaben

• Perform general grounds maintenance: mow lawns, trim trees/shrubs, remove debris.
• Maintain roads and sidewalks; remove snow and ice.
• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Operate automotive equipment and machinery as required.
• Assist with Nonmilitary Use Program maintenance when applicable.
• Maintain basic records (timesheets, work orders, calendars).
• Overtime may be required; periodic travel to other facilities may occur.
• Incumbents are essential personnel.
