Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle in NY State.

Aufgaben

• Perform general grounds maintenance such as mowing, trimming, and clearing debris.
• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, and common areas; assist with painting and moving furniture.
• Maintain automotive and other machinery; assist with maintenance to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist with Nonmilitary Use Program requirements when applicable.
