Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and related trades.
• Manage general grounds maintenance including mowing and snow/ice removal.
• Troubleshoot facility and equipment issues and address them promptly.
• May supervise subordinates and coordinate with contractors.
