Job summary

UA Health Services Foundation is seeking a maintenance coordinator to support ambulatory facilities and real estate operations. Responsibilities include coordinating daily maintenance, managing work orders, and ensuring timely PMs while maintaining financial records.

The role also handles invoicing, rent processing, and lease administration with close collaboration to the Real Estate and Finance teams. A strong multi-system background is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with multiple software systems preferred.
• Some college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Real Estate and Ambulatory Facility operations, including maintenance coordination.
• Coordinate daily maintenance tasks, assign work orders, and track PMs.
• Process invoices and rents, and assist with lease payables/receivables.
• Load and report leases in MRI Prolease; coordinate with Finance on lease administration.
