Job summary

UA Health Services Foundation is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee daily operations of building, equipment, and clinical spaces. You will lead a skilled trades team, ensure safe, code-compliant environments, and support patient safety and workflows across the clinic facilities.

Responsibilities include supervising HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and maintenance programs, plus developing policies, and supervising external contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business, science or related field or vocational diploma.
• Technical two-year diploma or HVAC license or NICET certification.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in commercial/industrial maintenance.
• Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations of building, equipment, and facilities including deck and retail spaces.
• Manage a skilled trades team and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and patient-friendly environment.
• Oversee Plant, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems for reliability and efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and maintain maintenance policies and procedures.
