SPS North America is seeking a Client Services Associate to keep our workplace running smoothly, delivering 5-star service to employees and guests. You will manage mail, shipments, and front-of-house support while ensuring our spaces and equipment are premium-quality and ready for meetings.

You’ll collaborate with facilities, reception, and operations teams, bringing a proactive, tech-savvy approach to organize workflows, assist with office moves, and maintain inventory.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in Hospitality, Retail, or Office Services is a plus.
• Active role requiring standing/walking; able to lift up to 40 lbs (60 lbs with a cart).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage mail and package life cycle with chain-of-custody processes.
• Maintain show-ready spaces in the Business Service Center, kitchens, and conference rooms.
• Keep multifunction devices and copy/print equipment running; respond when a machine is down.
• Provide backup for reception and concierge services with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist with office moves, light maintenance, and inventory management.
