CBRE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed. The role supports Property Managers with repairs and investment plans in a dynamic FM environment.

You will handle inquiries, collect work orders, and maintain records while following defined procedures under supervision. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills (percentages, discounts, markups).

Mansioni

• Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure procedures are implemented and followed.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information reports to determine performance and progress.
• File work orders, proposals, and department files submitted by vendors.
• Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow instructions and ask clarifying questions when needed.
• Respond to inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under guidance.
