Job summary

SPS North America Inc. is hiring a Client Services Associate in Seattle to deliver premium facilities support and hospitality. You will manage mail, shipments, and inventory while maintaining show-ready spaces and top-tier service for employees and guests.

You’ll work with MS Office and shipping software, coordinating with vendors and internal teams. This is a full-time role with a focus on professional presence, reliability, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of prior work experience (Hospitality, Retail, or Office Services is a plus).
• Active role requiring standing/walking for much of the day and lifting up to 40 lbs (60 lbs with a cart).
• Strong verbal and written communication with vendors and employees.

Responsibilities

• The Logistics Lead: manage mail/package lifecycle from intake to outbound shipping.
• The Experience Curator: keep show-ready status of center, kitchens, and conference rooms.
• The Problem Solver: keep MFDs and copy/print equipment running; respond to downtime.
• The Front-of-House Pro: support reception/concierge as backup as needed.
• The Project Ally: assist with office moves, maintenance, and inventory.
