Responsibilities

• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs to meet design life and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, use, and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Review inspections of building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure operation aligns with design specs.
