Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Certifications/licenses as required by local or state jurisdictions.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads and perform physical tasks as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building operations.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient system operation.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for design compliance.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines.
• Lead by example and help build consensus within CBRE team.
• Impact customer, operations, and service activities within the team and related groups.
• Work within broad guidelines and effectively communicate complex information.
