Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking a Fabrication Outside Sales Representative to develop and manage customer relationships, identify fabrication opportunities, and drive profitable sales growth across allocated territories. You will coordinate with inside sales, operations, and leadership to ensure delivery, quality, and value-added solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 7+ years outside sales, business development, or account management in metal fabrication or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new fabrication business opportunities within targeted markets and territories.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to increase retention and sales volume.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
