Qualifications

• 2–5 years of inside sales experience, metals/materials experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and CRM systems.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with industrial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
• Generate and follow up on product quotes.
• Provide technical support and product guidance to customers.
• Process sales orders, returns, credits, and debits.
• Monitor inventory and communicate concerns to purchasing/management.
• Resolve customer service issues professionally.
• Expand product and service knowledge.
• Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs.
• Travel occasionally to support business goals.
• Track competitor pricing and product offerings.
• Support quality assurance initiatives.
