Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Computer literacy is required.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience.
• Familiarity with finance for non-financial managers and strategic selling.

Responsibilities

• Lead Outside Sales to develop and execute a marketing plan that maximizes ROI while meeting customer expectations.
• Supervise and mentor sales staff; conduct bi-weekly meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Develop customer profiles and territory plans in collaboration with sales personnel.
• Coordinate credit activities and ensure turnover of receivables.
• Profile pricing and monitor competitive data to optimize profitability.
• Coordinate O/S and I/S operations and ensure adherence to safety standards.
