Job summary

Thyssenkrupp Materials NA in Texas seeks an Inside Sales professional to quote prices and delivery, answer inquiries, and convert inquiries into orders. You will develop target accounts into loyal customers with strong attention to detail.

The role requires CRM proficiency, teamwork, and a safety-minded approach. Travel as needed and collaboration with purchasing/management are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field OR Comparable Experience.
• Computer & CRM proficient.
• Interpersonal skills to sell, negotiate and close business with customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales calls, faxes, and emails.
• Generate and follow up on quotes for all products.
• Provide technical assistance to customers.
• Process sales orders.
• Enter return orders, credits, and debits when required.
• Enter scrap return orders as requested by distribution channels.
• Review product inventory and report concerns to purchasing/management.
• Meet or exceed customer service targets.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services and procedures.
• Collaborate in a team environment and communicate with all personnel.
• Travel as needed to meet company goals.
• Monitor competitor products and prices.
• Assist in quality-related duties as required.
