Job summary

Thyssenkrupp Materials NA, Inc. is seeking a Fabrication Outside Sales Representative to develop new fabrication opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers in the assigned territory.

You will prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with operations to ensure project success. The role requires strong metal fabrication knowledge, proven sales success, and the ability to travel regularly to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of outside sales and business development experience in metal fabrication or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and customer requirements.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and interpreting specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and margins.
• Identify and secure new fabrication opportunities within target markets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for retention and volume.
• Conduct plant visits, prepare quotes, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Collaborate with inside sales, operations, and service teams to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
