Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I) to lead the F&I process, optimize product penetration, and support the sales desk in structuring deals. The role demands 3–5 years in Finance & Insurance and a strong ability to close.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with business experience in the auto industry considered a plus. This is a commission-based role with a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for growth, and dedicated on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
• Menu selling experience is required.
• Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Effective oral and written skills, good time management, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery.
• Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PV.
• Assists sales desk in structuring deals.
• Adheres to F&I office policies and contract flow.
• Manages contracts in transit and ensures funding with communication to the business office.
• Tracks and monitors F&I PV, product penetration and lender penetrations.
• Participates in weekly sales meetings regarding F&I training.
