Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing team. This role emphasizes selecting lenders, securing approvals, and finalizing deals while maximizing F&I revenue.

You will support the sales desk, ensure contract flow, and train staff to achieve strong closing results. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of F&I experience, a preferred Bachelor's degree, and proven skills in time management, communication, and deal structuring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred as per job listing.
• 3–5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
• Menu selling experience is required for this role.
• Automobile industry business management experience is a plus.
• Strong closing, organizational, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery.
• Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR.
• Assists sales desk in structuring deals.
• Adheres to F&I office process and contract flow.
• Manages contracts in transit and ensures funding with the business office.
• Tracks F&I metrics and lender penetrations.
• Participates in weekly sales meetings regarding F&I training.
• Assists General Manager and Sales Manager in training staff.
• Complies with company policies and procedures.
