Camping World is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing team in Murfreesboro, TN. This role focuses on securing lender approvals, structuring deals, and driving F&I performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Finance & Insurance experience, strong closing skills, and the ability to train staff while adhering to company policies. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with driving privileges recommended.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (education requirement).
• 3–5 years of working knowledge in Finance & Insurance products.
• Menu selling experience is required.
• Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Strong closing, time management, and professional presentation are required.

Responsibilities

• Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, and finalizes delivery.
• Manages contract placement while maximizing F&I VP&R.
• Assists sales desk in structuring deals.
• Adheres to F&I office processes and contract flow.
• Tracks funding status and communicates with the business office.
• Participates in weekly F&I training and meetings.
• Trains sales staff on financing processes.
• Complies with company policies and procedures.
